By accessing or using the Royal Training College platform (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Royal Training College is an online learning platform that provides courses, quizzes, and financial toolkit tools for learners and professionals in Kenya and East Africa. You may access the Platform either as an individual who has purchased a course directly, or as a member of an organization (a sacco, employer, or training partner) that has licensed courses and toolkit apps for its members. Access to course content and toolkit apps requires a valid purchase, enrollment, or an active seat granted by your organization.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Course purchases are processed through Paystack. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the purchased course content. Prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and include any applicable fees. If you access the Platform through an organization's license, your organization's administrator controls which courses and toolkit apps are enabled for you, and may deactivate your seat at their discretion — this does not affect your right to any certificates already earned.
The Platform includes optional financial toolkit tools (such as savings and debt-payoff planners, an M-Pesa statement analyzer, and a scam-awareness digest). These tools provide general educational information and rules-based or AI-assisted summaries of data you choose to provide — they are not financial, investment, credit, or legal advice, and no advisor-client relationship is created by using them. Decisions you make based on these tools are your own responsibility.
All course content, including but not limited to text, videos, PDFs, images, quizzes, and frameworks, is the intellectual property of Royal Training College. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own learning purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any course content without our written permission.
You agree not to:
Share your account credentials with others. Redistribute or resell course content. Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems. Interfere with other users' access to the Platform.
Upon completion of all required course modules and assessments, you may be eligible to receive a certificate of completion. Certificates are issued at our discretion and represent completion of the course material, not a formal academic qualification.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.
We reserve the right to update course content, features, and these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access course content will cease. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
